Though it’s called “morning sickness,” don’t be fooled—it can show up at any time, day or night. It’s just your body adjusting to pregnancy hormones.
  4. Increased urination: Frequent trips to the bathroom. Yes, that’s common. You might start noticing this even before you miss your period. Once the fertilized egg implants in your uterus, it initiates the production of the pregnancy hormone, prompting you to run to the bathroom more often.
  5. Fatigue: Fatigue is actually one of the earliest signs of pregnancy and can show up just a few weeks after conception. That sudden, overwhelming tiredness is mostly due to a surge in progesterone, the hormone that supports your pregnancy. It’s your body’s way of adjusting to all the changes happening.
